Head Chef Jack Baldwin is delighted to have been selected to join the prestigious Roux Scholarship. 

This highly contested place has helped the careers of hundreds of chefs. Created by celebrated brothers Michel and Albert Roux, the competition offers a once in a lifetime opportunity, headed by esteemed chefs with countless Michelin stars to their name. 

With the apprenticeship having now run for 40 years, Jack will join a long list of respected chefs from across the country, all of whom are representing the very best in British culinary skill.
